Claudia is a warm and compassionate psychologist who works with adults to support their mental health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on the perinatal period. She supports individuals and families through the emotional and psychological changes that can arise during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, with a strong emphasis on attachment and nurturing the parent–infant relationship. Claudia also provides support to individuals experiencing grief and loss.

Claudia’s approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. She works alongside clients to help them feel heard, understood, and supported, tailoring therapy to each person’s values, needs, and stage of life. Claudia draws on attachment-based, ACT, and CBT- and DBT-informed approaches. With a background in Biomedical Science and Educational and Developmental Psychology, she brings a holistic and evidence-based perspective to her work. Her practice is family-centred and trauma-informed, supporting parents to feel confident, connected, and supported during the early years of parenthood.

Claudia is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA) and has specific training and clinical experience in perinatal psychology, supporting individuals and families during pregnancy, birth, and the early parenting period.
