Emma-Grace is a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist who integrates creativity with evidence-based practice to provide personalised, holistic support for mental health and wellbeing across the lifespan. She values individual differences and works collaboratively with clients to ensure therapy is responsive, affirming, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and strengths.
Emma-Grace has particular interests in neurodiversity-affirming practice, perinatal mental health, and early attachment and parenting support. She works alongside neurodivergent individuals and their families to support self-understanding, self-acceptance, and the development of practical strategies that honour each person’s lived experience. Emma-Grace also provides support from pre-conception through to parenthood, including counselling for individuals and families navigating fertility challenges and donor conception.
Her work also includes supporting clients with emotional and behavioural regulation, grief and loss, and navigating significant life and role transitions. Emma-Grace places a strong emphasis on strengthening parent–child relationships and supporting families to build secure, connected relationships.
Emma-Grace draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Circle of Security. She is a registered Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator and her practice is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. Emma-Grace tailors therapy to incorporate clients’ personalities, interests, and strengths, creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and engaging. She is also a member of the League of Autistic Psychologists and Affirming Colleagues (LOAPAC).
In addition to her clinical work, Emma-Grace is a board-approved supervisor (STAP-trained) and enjoys providing thoughtful, supportive supervision to emerging professionals.
Emma-Grace is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA) and has specific training and clinical experience in perinatal psychology, supporting individuals and families during pregnancy, birth, and the early parenting period.
