Emma-Grace is a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist dedicated to integrating creativity with evidence-based practices to offer personalised, holistic support for mental health and well-being across the lifespan. She values individual differences and is committed to adapting therapy to meet diverse client needs through collaborative approaches.

Her key areas of interest encompass:

  • Neurodiversity: Recognising and advocating for the needs of neurodivergent individuals and their families. Working collaboratively to help clients understand themselves better, fostering self-awareness and acceptance. Developing strategies that honour each person's unique strengths and experiences.

  • Perinatal mental health support: Providing support from pre-conception through to parenthood. This includes counselling for individuals and families navigating fertility challenges, including those utilising donor conception. Emma-Grace is a provisional member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA).

  • Early attachment and parenting support: Providing guidance to strengthen parent-child relationships.

  • Behavioural and emotional regulation: Addressing challenges related to behaviour and supporting clients to manage and respond to emotional experiences effectively.

  • Grief and loss: Supporting individuals navigating the complexities of loss.

  • Life and role transitions: Assisting clients in adapting to significant life changes.

Emma-Grace draws from a range of evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Circle of Security (COS). She is a registered Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, tailoring therapy to incorporate clients’ personalities, strengths, and interests. Emma-Grace is also a member of the League of Autistic Psychologists and Affirming Colleagues (LOAPAC). Beyond therapy, Emma-Grace is a board-approved supervisor (STAP-trained) and enjoys providing clinical supervision to emerging professionals.
