Narelle Dickinson is the Director of Lotus Health and Psychology and a clinical and health psychologist with over 30 years’ experience in perinatal and reproductive mental health. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through the complex emotional challenges associated with fertility treatment, pregnancy, parenthood, and reproductive loss. Narelle has particular expertise in surrogacy and donor implications counselling and is a strong advocate for donor-conceived people and their families.

Narelle also has a longstanding interest in women’s health and works with presentations including chronic pelvic pain, pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), menopause, and other reproductive and hormonal health concerns, offering care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and respectful of lived experience.
Narelle is nationally recognised for her expertise in reproductive psychology. She was awarded a Churchill Fellowship for her work in surrogacy and contributes to advisory and governance roles that inform health policy and clinical practice. She regularly presents at conferences across Australia and internationally on assisted reproductive treatment and perinatal mental health.

Narelle is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA) and has specific training and clinical experience in perinatal psychology, supporting individuals and families during pregnancy, birth, and the early parenting period.
