Natalie is a warm and compassionate psychologist who supports adults and older adolescents with their mental health and wellbeing. She has a particular interest in supporting parents during the perinatal period, recognising this as a time of profound transition that can include joy, excitement, anxiety, overwhelm, and distress.
Natalie’s approach is neurodiversity- and gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in creating a safe and respectful therapeutic space. She brings experience from public mental health, drug and alcohol services, and private practice, and works with presentations including low mood, anxiety, relationship and attachment difficulties, eating disorders, grief and loss, and substance use concerns. Natalie also supports the development of practical skills in emotional regulation, resilience, and communication, tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Natalie offers counselling support during fertility treatment, including donor conception implications counselling, and provides assessment and counselling for individuals considering bariatric and cosmetic surgery.
