Rachel Arslan
Psychologist
Currently taking new clients.
Rachel is a warm, compassionate and down-to-earth psychologist who creates a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to feel heard and understood. She works with adults experiencing a range of challenges, with particular interests in trauma, complex presentations, parenting and family relationships, chronic health conditions, and alcohol and other drug concerns. Rachel also has a great deal of experience and interest in men’s mental health.
She takes a holistic approach, recognising the important connection between mental health, physical health and life circumstances. Before becoming a psychologist, Rachel worked as a registered nurse and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP). These experiences have strengthened her understanding of health, family dynamics, separation, parenting and conflict. Rachel's approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based psychological therapies to support insight, practical skills and meaningful, sustainable change. Her aim is to create a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and honestly, at your own pace.
