Sarah is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar working in perinatal mental health. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders during the perinatal period and provides thoughtful, compassionate care across the conception, birth, and early parenting journey. Sarah’s approach is non-judgemental, reflective, and collaborative, supporting clients to feel safe, understood, and supported during times of vulnerability and change.

Sarah draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based models such as Circle of Security. Her work spans across the lifespan, with particular focus on postnatal mental health, grief and loss, eating disorders and body image concerns, chronic health conditions (including chronic pain and endometriosis), life transitions and stress, women’s health concerns, fertility counselling, and donor implications sessions. Sarah also undertakes assessment work, including cosmetic and bariatric assessments and other psychological assessments.

Sarah is a registered Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator, a credentialed eating disorder clinician with ANZAED, and has completed Perinatal Non-directive Counselling training, enabling her to offer appointments under Non-directive Pregnancy Support Counselling referrals.

Sarah is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA) and has specific training and clinical experience in perinatal psychology, supporting individuals and families during pregnancy, birth, and the early parenting period.
